As a Data Engineer- Associate- Analytics as Service - Operate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients by streamlining operations, reducing costs, and enhancing efficiency through managed services. Within our Managed Services practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing processes to deliver value to clients. As an Associate, you will contribute to client engagements and projects, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients, learning how to build meaningful connections and manage diverse perspectives, while growing your personal brand and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Hands on experience working with IBM DataStage, SQL server, DB2, AWS.
• Supporting the transition and management of outsourced services to enhance client operations
• Collaborating with delivery teams to optimize processes and improve service efficiency
• Engaging in project management tasks to streamline operations and reduce costs for clients
• Applying automation frameworks to enhance business process automation and operational performance
• Participating in continuous process improvement initiatives to drive service excellence
• Utilizing data quality automation techniques to maintain data integrity and accuracy
• Assisting in the development and execution of service delivery plans to meet client expectations
• Conducting process performance analysis to identify areas for improvement and innovation
• Engaging in stakeholder management to align service delivery with client needs and objectives
• Contributing to the design and implementation of workflow automation solutions to increase efficiency
  
  

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• Excelling in automation framework design and development
• Demonstrating proficiency in business process automation (BPA)
• Utilizing data quality automation to enhance operational performance
• Engaging in continuous process improvement and optimization
• Applying operational risk management strategies effectively
