In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Data and Analytics Engineering team you will lead the transformation of business requirements into actionable data solutions within the insurance sector. As a Senior Manager, you will drive large projects, innovate processes, and secure operational excellence while collaborating with multi-level teams and stakeholders to deliver quality results.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelors Degree

  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

  • Proven experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain
  • Demonstrating hands-on experience with Guidewire data model
  • Excelling in data warehousing concepts and SQL
  • Leading teams in agile delivery methodologies
  • Communicating effectively with technical and business teams
  • Managing offshore team delivery and operations
  • Possessing analytical and problem-solving skills
