As a Data Analytics Tester - Senior Associate - Operate, you will play a pivotal role in our Software and Product Innovation team, focusing on Testing and Quality Assurance. You will be instrumental in helping organizations streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency by managing key processes and functions on their behalf. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain professional standards. You will focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Managed Services within our Technology Consulting practice. You will engage in transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing managed services processes, tools, and services. Your work will involve continuous improvement and process optimization, contributing to the delivery of quality services to clients. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop meaningful client connections and anticipate the needs of both teams and clients, all while embracing increased ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Conducting acceptance, automation, and performance testing to validate software quality and reliability
• Collaborating with delivery teams to optimize managed services processes and tools
• Utilizing analytical thinking and problem diagnosis skills to identify and resolve software defects
• Managing test environments and generating test cases to support software testing life cycle activities
• Implementing quality assurance best practices and methodologies to enhance service delivery
• Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and reduce costs
• Supporting client engagements by providing technical insights and feedback on testing outcomes
• Leveraging agile program management techniques to manage testing workflows and deliverables
• Documenting testing results and maintaining comprehensive records for quality assurance investigations
• Facilitating communication and collaboration among team members to achieve project objectives
  
  

• At least a Bachelors degree
• At least 5 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• Excelling in Agile Product Management and Agile Program Management
• Demonstrating proficiency in Automation Testing and Quality Assurance Best Practices
• Utilizing Analytical Thinking to enhance Software Quality Assurance (SQA)
• Managing Test Environment Management (TEM) effectively for complex projects
• Conducting Performance Testing and Data Model Testing with precision
• Embracing change and fostering a culture of inclusion within teams
• Applying Fault Analysis and Problem Diagnosis to improve system reliability
