Cyber Security And Functional Safety Quality Manager

As (Senior) Manager Functional Safety and Cyber Security Quality Management – Microcontrollers you work on making things better and more efficient while supporting your team in continuously striving for the global goal of “zero-defect”. Job Description

• In your new role you will:
• Manager or Senior Manager Cyber Security Quality Manager and also support Functional Safety Quality Manager tasks.
• Act as auditor or assessor in product audits or assessments for components which are developed in accordance to above mentioned standards.
• Advise and guide colleagues with your expertise in developing safety and security concepts.
• Ensure that reviews of the management plans are in line with the standards and Infineon requirements.
• Confirm that the tailoring of the product development processes is compliant to the requirements.
• Guide projects to conformity with respect to the relevant standards and approve the final compliance.
• Create the safety/security case based on assessments, audits and inputs from safety and security engineering activities.
  
  
  

Your Profile

You are best equipped for those tasks if you have:

• A degree in Electronical Engineering, Physics or a similar field
• At least 3:5 years(Senior Manager at least 6+ yrs) of professional experience within the field of functional safety (ISO 26262) as well as first experience in cyber security (ISO 21434) and a strong interest to develop yourself further within this field.
• Profound experience in automotive applications, experience in the semiconductor industry and the R&D field (in particular Microcontrollers Development) would be a great asset.
• Excellent moderation and negotiation skills as well as experience in addressing and driving topics within cross-functional teams.
• A systematic approach to analyze safety and security products as well as good understanding of confirmation methods, including audit and assessment.
• Fluent English language skills.
