Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative is responsible supporting sales.

This position is part of the India Commercial Organization located in Bangalore and will be Hybrid.

• Perform high end order processing tasks which requires in-depth knowledge and experience in Oracle and SFDC Case management.
• Knowledge of commercial terms of a purchase order.
• Reviewing and validating customer documentation to meet compliance standards.
• Ensuring order delivery and fulfilment meet customer expectations.
• Applying analytical skills to identify process improvements and implement solutions.
• Driving resolution of open order-related issues to maintain high customer service standards.
• Maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external customers.
• Working with finance for finance validations & Supply chain for allocating ship sets.
• Work on Shipment Plan, Hold release of orders through oracle, Item allocation with the help of Supply chain team.
• Sending PI to customers and follow-up for Payments and get it applied with the help of finance.
• Work on Return/RMA’s & customer complaint and follow-up with respective stakeholders for resolving customer issues.
• Reply to queries from customers on Orders related tasks such as: Delivery period, ETA.
• Provide proposal and pre‑sales support by coordinating inputs, documentation, and approvals.
• Support quote preparation and validation of commercial terms as per standard guidelines.
• Track proposal status and assist Sales with follow‑ups to improve quote‑to‑order conversion.
  
  
  

Experience/ Skills Required

• Any graduate with a consistent track record
• 2 to 4 years of’ Hands-on experience in Order Management and Proposals.
• Experience working in Oracle or Salesforce will be an advantage.
• Display excellent verbal and written communication and social skills.
• Highly diligent and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities
• Able to multi-task, prioritize and lead time effectively
• Ability to work under critical situation
• Customer-orientated and ability to adapt/respond to different types of tasks
