When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Solution Architecture team you will establish the technical vision and direction for our digital solutions. As a Senior Manager you will support concept development, architecture, and design planning while leading teams to đảm bảo on-time and quality delivery. This position allows you to work closely with Tech Leads and developers to turn innovative ideas into reality, driving impactful product development.

What You Must Have

• Bachelors Degree
• 12+ years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

What Sets You Apart

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
• 7 years of experience in software development
• 3 years of experience in application architecture
• Experience with one or more AI concepts, building with Agents or AI Applications including RAG, Vector Databases, Multi-Agent Frameworks (Langraph, etc).
• Experience building production level AI Features and going through QA, Deployment, Security for those features
• Experience Scaling from AI Ideas to full Production Applications from scratch
• Developing front-end (Angular/React), back-end (Java/Node JS/Python), and/or systems administration applications with strong proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Javascript, etc.).
• Demonstrating cloud-ready architectures utilizing Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Leading integration, data, services, and deployment aspects
• Managing rapid-prototyping efforts with emerging technologies
• Communicating effectively with business and technical stakeholders
• Designing successful technical architectures for large-scale platforms
• Contributing to incubators and innovation lab environments
