As a Communication (Social Media) - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating internal and external communications, public relations, and corporate reputation within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will focus on developing strategies to effectively communicate the organization's mission, values, and initiatives to various stakeholders, including employees, customers, investors, media, and the general public. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful connections, anticipate the needs of your teams and stakeholders, and deliver quality work while navigating complex situations. You will leverage your skills to foster clear communication channels that align employees with the organization's goals and values.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will deepen your understanding of the business context and how it is evolving. You will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations. By upholding professional and technical standards, you will contribute to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements. Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day management of key communications channels (e.g., social media), executing content and maintaining channel activity
  • Develop and publish content across channels (internal, external, digital) aligned to xAC priorities and messaging
  • Support campaign execution and leadership communications, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather inputs and deliver communications that meet business needs
  • Developing and implementing communication strategies to align internal stakeholders with organizational goals and values
  • Managing and coordinating internal and external communications to enhance corporate reputation and public relations
  • Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform communication insights and recommendations
  • Crafting and delivering engaging content for various communication channels, including social media and internal platforms
  • Collaborating with teams to foster clear and consistent communication channels across the organization
  • Conducting change impact analysis to support people-centered change management initiatives
  • Engaging in stakeholder communications to build meaningful relationships and anticipate needs
  • Supporting crisis communications efforts to address and manage public relations challenges
  • Applying creativity and copywriting skills to develop compelling communication materials
  • Leading business communications projects to drive engagement and alignment with organizational initiatives

What You Must Have

  • 3–6 years of communications experience, with exposure to digital, social media, or content development
  • Experience supporting communications channels or campaigns, with strong execution skills
  • Strong writing, editing, and content development skills across formats and channels

What Sets You Apart

  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: English Literature, Journalism, Communications Studies/Speech Communication and Rhetoric
  • Excelling in communication strategy and stakeholder engagement
  • Demonstrating skills in content creation and copywriting
  • Utilizing analytical thinking to inform communication strategies
  • Navigating complex change management scenarios effectively
