Job Summary

Sidapur Coffee is looking for a Coffee Machine Technician responsible for servicing and maintaining coffee and tea vending machines, supporting kiosk operations, and assisting with packing and dispatch activities when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Servicing & Maintenance
• Service and maintain filter coffee and tea vending machines.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Ensure machines are functioning efficiently and hygienically.
• Visit client locations for servicing (3–4 days per week).
• Kiosk Operations Support
• Serve coffee, tea, and snacks at the company kiosk.
• Maintain cleanliness and customer service standards.
• Handle basic stock monitoring and replenishment.
• Kiosk duty for approximately 2 days per week.
• Warehouse / Dispatch Support
• Assist in packing and dispatching products from the godown.
• Support inventory handling when not assigned to servicing or kiosk duties.
  
  

• Basic technical/mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle vending machine maintenance
• Good communication and customer interaction skills
• Willingness to travel locally for servicing work
• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking
• Ability to multitask between technical and operational duties
  
  

• Qualification: ITI (Industrial Training Institute)
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with technical background can apply)
  
  

• ₹18,000 in-hand salary
