MISSION
The Client Solutions Associate will play a key role in supporting the implementation, configuration, and delivery of Alegeus’ healthcare benefit account administration platform and related solutions. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a client-first mindset to ensure successful solution deployment and client satisfaction. The associate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, IT, Operations, and Client Success—to deliver seamless solutions to health plans, TPAs, and financial institutions.
Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end implementation of healthcare benefit account solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Partner with senior consultants and project managers to gather, document, and validate client requirements.
Configure system settings and workflows in alignment with client needs and organizational best practices.
Support clients during testing phases by identifying, troubleshooting, and escalating issues as needed.
Deliver accurate reporting, documentation, and status updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handoff from implementation to ongoing client support.
Contribute to continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and recommending process enhancements.
Assist in configuration, documentation, and testing of solution prescribed by the Client Solutions Manager.
Ensure that the configuration matches documented requirements.
Proactively identify and documents risks, roadblock and issues and proactively communicate with project teams.
Accurately complete UAT for partner implementation work
Eliminate defects as a result of testing efforts to measure system go-live readiness for implementations and change control processes.
Assist in ensuring requirements are clear, specific, necessary, unambiguous and include acceptance criteria.
Successfully engage in multiple concurrent projects.
Assist in resolving client operational or technical questions or issues.
Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, finance, operations, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
1–3 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably within healthcare, financial services, or technology-driven industries.
Exposure to healthcare benefits, CDH accounts, or payment systems is a plus.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with Workday or similar platforms is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
