Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Business Transformation Consultant at IBM, you will work at the intersection of technology, people and process to help clients transform their businesses and align strategy/vision with market shifts. You will help clients understand the impact of leading technologies on business processes, identify best practices, analyze performance gaps, and develop comprehensive transformation recommendations. This role involves developing solutions to client challenges and analyzing data to support strategies in an agile, collaborative environment.
