About The Role

PwC’s Learning & Development team is looking for an experienced L&D Manager who has strong experience and expertise in managing & analysing Data.The individual would work closely with the L&D Leaders and US L&D Data team to create dashboards and L&D reports.

Position Requirements

  • Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze training data to evaluate program effectiveness and impact.
  • Reporting: Create dashboards and reports using MS Office and AI to present learning metrics and insights to stakeholders.
  • Evaluation and Measurement: Develop frameworks to measure training success and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Strategic Planning: Use data to align L&D initiatives with organizational goals and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Technology and Systems Management: Manage LMS platforms, ensuring data integrity and security.

Skills

What You’ll Need

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • AI Skills: Ability to use the right AI tool for faster and accurate solutions
  • Data and Technical Skills: Familiarity with LMS and data management systems, understanding data tools like Power BI.
  • Storytelling Skills: Present data and insights clearly, both in writing and verbally, to various stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving Skills: Identify and address issues using data-driven solutions, demonstrating creativity.
  • Strategic Thinking: Align data insights with organizational strategies, innovating L&D processes.

Qualification

  • Bachelors degree
  • Overall experience of 8+ years in Data management
