Job Description
The Project Manager is an individual contributor role within the CEMEA Business Planning & Operations (BPO) team, supporting the region in delivering key business‑led and strategic initiatives.
The role focuses on structuring, managing, and driving execution of initiatives that enable regional priorities, working closely with stakeholders across Markets, Functions, and Geographies. Projects are primarily business in nature, rather than technical or IT‑led, and often operate in environments where objectives evolve and clarity emerges over time.
Success in this role requires strong project management discipline, sound business judgment, and the ability to operate with resilience and adaptability in a complex, matrixed organisation. Projects could span Central Europe, Dubai and Africa markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end delivery of business and strategic projects, ensuring defined outcomes are delivered on time and with appropriate stakeholder alignment
- Deliver initiatives that span multiple geographies and markets across CEMEA (Central Europe, Middle East and Africa), working effectively with stakeholders and teams based in different locations and time zones
- Ensure project outcomes are clearly linked to relevant business priorities and Objectives & Key Results (OKRs), supporting alignment, focus, and measurable impact
- Translate agreed objectives into clear project plans, milestones, dependencies, and governance structures
- Work closely with business stakeholders to clarify scope, manage expectations, and enable informed decision‑making throughout delivery
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and interdependencies, escalating appropriately and proposing practical mitigation options
- Drive execution discipline across cross‑functional teams, influencing delivery without direct authority
- Provide concise, structured project updates to stakeholders, clearly highlighting progress, risks, and required actions
- Support change and adoption by ensuring initiatives are implemented in a practical and sustainable way
- Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of PM tools, standards, and ways of working
- Manage multiple initiatives in parallel, adapting plans as priorities or business conditions change

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Demonstrated experience delivering
business initiatives or transformation projects in a corporate or consulting environment
Strong grounding in project management methodologies; formal certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) advantageous but not essential
Experience Working With Multiple Stakeholders Across Functions And Geographies
Proven ability to operate effectively in dynamic, changing environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in standard productivity and collaboration tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
