Job Description : Business Head - Polymer

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead business strategy for polymer ingredients & specialty chemicals.
• Lead sales, revenue, and profitability across domestic and international markets.
• Develop key accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Lead pricing, contract negotiations, and long-term customer relationships.
• Track market trends, competition, and product positioning.
• Collaborate with technical, sourcing, and operations teams for seamless execution.
• Build and mentor a high-performing sales and business team.
  
  

• 10+ years of experience in polymer ingredients / specialty chemicals business.
• Strong exposure to B2B sales, market expansion, and P&L ownership.
• Proven leadership and strategic decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
