Role Overview

Simplify is looking for a dynamic leader to drive the growth of our Specialty Feed Ingredients business. The role will focus on developing domestic and international markets, expanding partnerships, and accelerating business growth in the Animal Nutrition industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Specialty Feed Ingredients business strategy and drive revenue growth globally.
• Identify and develop new opportunities in the Animal Nutrition and Feed industry.
• Expand domestic and international markets through strategic partnerships and key accounts.
• Build strong relationships with feed manufacturers, distributors, and global customers.
• Drive product portfolio expansion including specialty additives and functional feed ingredients.
• Collaborate with R&D, sourcing, and commercial teams to develop innovative solutions for customers.
• Track market trends, regulatory landscape, and competitive intelligence in the feed industry.
• Build and lead a high-performing business team to accelerate market expansion.
  
  

• Master’s/PhD in Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Science, Biotechnology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in the Feed Ingredients / Animal Nutrition industry.
• Proven track record in business development, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.
• Experience working with global customers and international markets preferred.
