As a Business Analyst - Associate, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness within our Technology Consulting practice. You will analyze client needs, develop operational strategies, and provide guidance to help clients streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive business performance. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements and projects, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will work closely with clients to analyze operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency. You will provide guidance on implementing technology solutions, process automation, and operational excellence frameworks. Responsibilities

• Analyzing client operational processes to identify areas for improvement and enhance productivity
• Developing strategies to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness for clients
• Providing guidance on implementing technology solutions and process automation
• Collaborating with clients to streamline processes and drive business performance
• Supporting the development of operational excellence frameworks to improve quality and efficiency
• Applying operational analysis techniques to discern patterns and inform decision-making
• Engaging in business process improvement initiatives to achieve cost efficiency and competitive advantage
• Utilizing lean process improvement and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operations
• Participating in project management tasks to support operational strategy execution
• Gathering and interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for clients
  
  

• At least a Bachelors degree
• At least 1 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• Demonstrating proficiency in Automation Solutions and Process Optimization
• Utilizing Lean Process Improvement and Six Sigma methodologies
