As a BI Engineer - Specialist- Analytics as Services - operate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outsourced solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Managed Services practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing processes to provide high-quality services. As a Specialist, you will leverage your technical skills to conduct detailed analyses and support specific projects, contributing to the success of our team and driving value for clients.

Responsibilities

• Supporting managed services by optimizing processes and tools to enhance client operations
• Conducting in-depth analyses to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
• Managing delivery teams and programs to maintain operational excellence and meet client expectations
• Designing and implementing automation frameworks to streamline service delivery and improve efficiency
• Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide specialized advice on service management strategies
• Utilizing project management skills to plan and execute service transitions and continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitoring operational performance and documenting risks to validate timely delivery of services
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation and digital innovation within managed services
  
  

• Hands on experience in Tableau
• HAnds on experience in Basic SQL
• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 0.6 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• Excelling in automation framework design and development
• Demonstrating proficiency in business process automation (BPA)
• Utilizing operational performance management (OPM) techniques
• Supporting digital transformation initiatives
