As a BI Engineer - Senior Associate - Analytics as Services - operate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering managed services that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing processes to provide exceptional service. Your work will involve continuous improvement and the optimization of managed services processes, tools, and services.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to build meaningful client connections and navigate complex situations. You will be responsible for mentoring others, maintaining professional standards, and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. Embracing ambiguity, you will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts and anticipate the needs of your teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Managing and optimizing outsourced solutions to streamline client operations and enhance efficiency
• Leading delivery teams in transitioning and running managed services, focusing on continuous improvement
• Utilizing project management skills to oversee service delivery and mitigate performance risks
• Developing automation frameworks to improve business processes and reduce operational costs
• Implementing process optimization strategies to enhance service management and client satisfaction
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for business transformation and innovation
• Analyzing complex data to inform insights and recommendations for service improvement
• Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines and independence requirements
• Mentoring junior team members to foster growth and build meaningful client relationships
  
  

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 5+ years of experience in BI Engineer - Tableau , Advanced SQL , SAS
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
