As a BI Engineer - Associate - Analytics as Services - Operate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients by streamlining operations, reducing costs, and enhancing efficiency through managed services. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing processes to deliver value to clients. As an Associate, you will contribute to client engagements and projects, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients, learning how to build meaningful connections and manage diverse perspectives, while growing your personal brand and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting client engagement by contributing to managed services projects and initiatives
• Assisting in the optimization of business processes to enhance operational efficiency
• Participating in the design and development of automation frameworks and solutions
• Engaging in project management tasks, including planning and timely delivery of services
• Collaborating with delivery teams to manage service performance and address delivery risks
• Utilizing data quality automation techniques to improve service outcomes
• Implementing continuous process improvement strategies to streamline operations
• Conducting process performance analysis to identify opportunities for business transformation
• Applying operational risk management practices to mitigate potential challenges
• Facilitating stakeholder engagement to align service delivery with client expectations
  
  

• Hands in experience in Tableau , SAP BusinessObjects & Basic SQl queries.
• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 3-5 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• Demonstrating proficiency in Automation Framework Design and Development
• Utilizing Business Process Automation (BPA) to enhance operational efficiency
• Excelling in Operational Performance Management (OPM) strategies
• Implementing Service Level Management to optimize client satisfaction
• Engaging in Workflow Automation to streamline processes
• Contributing to Business Transformation initiatives through data-driven insights
• Participating in Continuous Process Improvement for managed services
