Position Profile

The senior audit associate plays a key role in executing audit engagements for commercial entities in accordance with PCAOB standards. This position involves leading audit areas, supervising and reviewing associates’ work, identifying audit risks, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP and internal control requirements. The Senior Audit Associate will work closely with clients and engagement teams to deliver high-quality audit services while maintaining professional standards and meeting engagement deadlines.

Core Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA required or actively pursuing
  • 3–5 years of public accounting experience with PCAOB audits (Commercial entities audits- Consumer Products, Retail & E‑Commerce, Manufacturing & Distribution, Technology, Professional & Business Services, Hospitality)
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and PCAOB standards
  • Experience leading audit areas, reviewing staff work, and interacting with clients
  • Ability to identify audit risks and propose appropriate procedures

  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to coach associates
  • Strong project management and deadline management skills
  • Professional judgment and ability to escalate issues appropriately
