Your role and responsibilities:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be a design authority for an engineering discipline. Each day, you will complete assignments on multiple projects of moderate size or portions of major projects in a cost-effective manner. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring assignments are completed in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and cybersecurity policies and standards.

The work model for this role:

This role contributes to the success of the Measurement & Analytical division. Main stakeholders include engineering teams, project execution teams, and customers.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Managing projects from order receipt through execution and delivery.
• Working with the customer to shape and deliver solutions while seeking customer feedback to drive and deliver improvements.
• Creating work plans and cost estimates for the portfolio of projects and ensuring quality, timely implementation within the targeted cost.
• Coordinating with relevant functions to ensure the designs are appropriately manufactured / staged, tested, installed, and commissioned.
• Coaching engineering colleagues on the translation of conceptual designs to engineering documentation, best practices, and lessons learned from past projects.
  
  

Qualifications for the role:

• B.E/B.Tech in Engineering (Instrumentation, Electrical, EEC, Electronics).
• 12–15 years of experience in project management, preferably in industrial or engineering domains.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proven track record of handling end-to-end project execution.
• Fluent in English with required work authorization.
• Strong knowledge of CRM tools, PM tools, handled large scale projects.
