As part of the Customer Marketing team, you will enhance marketing operations by driving process excellence and implementing advanced technology solutions. As a Senior Associate, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine marketing strategies, making sure they align with business goals while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

What You Must Have
2 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
Tier 1 / Tier 2 MBA or relevant full-time master’s degree
Understanding of CRM, customer experience, and front-office processes
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to structure analyses, create executive-ready presentations, and manage multiple priorities
Experience in consulting or industry roles across sales, service, marketing, or customer transformation/ front office consulting
Knowledge of MarTech platforms (Adobe Marketo/ AJO, AEP, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud etc) and CRM tools (Salesforce / Microsoft Dynamics/ Oracle)

Demonstrated ability in leveraging marketing analytics
