Associate Marketing Automation Specialist- CSA

Key Responsibilities-

• Execute lifecycle and CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messages, SMS, and WhatsApp
• Support journey creation, audience segmentation, and automation workflows on Clevertap, MoEngage, or Braze
• Assist in setting up and monitoring A/B tests, control groups, and experimentation frameworks
• Perform campaign QA to ensure accuracy of targeting, messaging, tracking, and delivery
• Analyse campaign performance and user behaviour using tools such as Appsflyer, Branch, and Google Analytics
• Prepare regular campaign reports and dashboards using Looker Studio or similar reporting tools
• Work closely with creative, media, product, and data teams to ensure timely and effective campaign execution
• Maintain documentation, campaign calendars, and best practices for lifecycle marketing programs
• Support senior team members and leads in ongoing optimisation and enhancement of lifecycle initiatives

• Strong attention to detail and execution excellence
• Good understanding of customer lifecycle concepts, funnels, and engagement metrics
• Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance reports
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communication skills and willingness to work from a client office setup
  
  

Experience Required-

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or lifecycle marketing
• Hands-on exposure to at least one marketing automation platform (Clevertap, MoEngage, Braze, or similar)
  
  

Educational Qualification-

• Engineering degree preferred
• MBA (Marketing / Analytics) is a plus
