Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of key accounts in the ceiling industry, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and sales growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to meet customer requirements.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
Prepare regular reports on account status, sales projections, and achievements to present to senior management.

Requirements

7-10 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the ceiling industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking to address customer needs effectively.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field; MBA is a plus.
