Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts in the ceiling industry, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to meet customer requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, sales projections, and achievements to present to senior management.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the ceiling industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking to address customer needs effectively.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field; MBA is a plus.
