As an AI Architect, you’ll lead the design and deployment of advanced AI systems, collaborating across engineering, product, and data teams to create scalable, secure, and intelligent solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver enterprise-grade AI systems, with a strong background as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or AI Architect.
• Design and develop interactive AI applications and services using C# and Python, ensuring production-readiness and performance.
• Build and integrate Generative AI solutions using transformer-based models and LLMs, including prompt engineering and fine-tuning pipelines.
• Leverage Azure OpenAI, custom model APIs, and Azure AI Foundry to power scalable AI capabilities across use cases.
• Apply expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and statistical modeling to solve complex problems.
• Architect distributed AI and data solutions using Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, and big data platforms.
• Lead the development of custom AI/ML pipelines, integrating MLOps tools for continuous deployment and monitoring.
• Explore and implement advanced architectures such as Small Language Models (SLMs), RAG/RIG pipelines, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) to enhance retrieval, context-awareness, and response generation in real-time systems.
• Work closely with data scientists, DevOps, and product stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and outcome alignment.
• Translate complex technical concepts for executive and business audiences.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of curiosity, innovation, and technical excellence.
• Stay current with advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and applied deep learning trends.
  
  
  

What Sets You Apart

We’re looking for a hands-on AI strategist and technologist with a deep understanding of architecture, engineering, and real-world deployment.

Skills & Experience

• Experience: 10+ years in AI/ML engineering, with 2–3 years specifically in AI solution architecture and system design.
• Programming: Advanced proficiency in C#, Python, and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• AI Expertise: Deep knowledge in Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, machine learning, model evaluation, and deep learning.
• Tooling & Infra: Proficient in Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, custom model development pipelines, MLOps tools, Docker, Kubernetes, and distributed systems.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills with the ability to guide teams and influence strategy.
  
  
  

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
