Application Support Engineer - Senior Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a 3-5 years of Application Production Support candidate for ReportHub project, a regulatory reporting platform. This role requires basic understanding of regulatory reporting, application-level debugging, and incident management in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

• Provide 24x7 production support, ensuring high availability and performance of customer applications.
• Handle incident management, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and resolution for P1–P4 issues.
• Collaborate with development teams for fixes and deployments, while maintaining compliance with ITIL standards.
• Monitor application performance, analyze logs, and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and RCA reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  
  

Key Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years in application production support with regulatory reporting domain knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with incident handling, JIRA, SQL/NoSQL, and application debugging.
• Familiarity Azure, Linux and basic networking concepts.
• Experience of writing SQL queries.
• Problem solving skills and ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously.
• Knowledge of ReportHub(a regulatory reporting tool) platform is good to have.
