Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Contribute to the embedded software methodology and tooling for embeddedsoftware and application lifecycle management at Infineon
• Analyze business needs and convert it into requirements
• Manage andprioritize incoming requests for changes, enhancements, and bug fixes
• Collaborate with software development stakeholders across theorganization to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
• Ensure the methodology and tooling are aligned with industry bestpractices and relevant standards (e.g. Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262)
• Provide training and support to users of the methodology and tooling,including documentation, workshops, and one-on-one coaching sessions
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in software development, preferably with exposure to the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering through release and maintenance
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) or Content Management solutions, including relevant methodologies and best practices
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, processes, and tools
• Good knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
• Experience in embedded software development and automotive domain projects is highly desirable
