As a Senior Associate, responsible for designing, building, enhancing, and supporting enterprise-grade backend API services using C# and .NET technologies. This role requires strong technical ownership, leadership in production support, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams including architecture, cloud, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders in a managed services environment.

C# Senior Associate / Lead:
- Minimum 5–8+ years of hands-on experience in backend development with a strong focus on building, enhancing, and supporting enterprise-scale API services using C# and .NET / .NET Core, working closely with business and technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and backend services for large-scale enterprise applications.
- Strong ability to analyze existing application architecture, API integrations, data flows, and business logic to understand dependencies and impact of changes.
- Expertise in API design patterns, exception handling, logging, authentication, and authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT).
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and hands-on experience with AWS or Azure services (API Gateway, Lambda, ECS/EKS, App Services, RDS, etc.).
- Extensive experience providing L2/L3 production support for enterprise applications in a managed services environment.
