AI Product Manager - Director

You will be responsible for tasks such as data collection, data cleansing, data transformation, data modelling, data visualisation, and data analysis using Oracle tools like Oracle Database, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Data Integrator, Oracle Data Visualization, and Oracle Machine Learning.

The Oracle practice is seeking a Director to lead our Agent Powered Performance (APP) offering — a cornerstone of how we help clients unlock tangible business value from AI. As a senior leader within the practice, you will work alongside executive stakeholders to reimagine core business workflows through the integration of AI and digital technologies. This role goes beyond traditional product management; it combines strategic problem-solving, business transformation, and innovation to deliver measurable performance improvements. You will guide teams in designing and implementing AI-enabled workflow solutions that elevate operational efficiency, employee productivity, and customer experience across complex enterprise environments. In addition to leading delivery, the Director will play a pivotal role in shaping go-to-market strategies, developing thought leadership, and driving new business opportunities that advance PwC’s position as a trusted advisor in AI-powered transformation.

Essential Skills

Strategic Digital Transformation Leadership: Expertise in large-scale digital core modernization programs, with the ability to integrate AI-first design principles to reimagine end-to-end business workflows.

AI-Driven Innovation: Demonstrated experience leading AI adoption initiatives — from ideation through scaled deployment

Product & Portfolio Management: Proven capability to define product vision and strategy, manage complex roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and shape pricing and commercialization models that align with market demand.

Executive Advisory & Stakeholder Engagement: Trusted advisor to senior client sponsors and C-suite leaders; skilled at translating strategic objectives into actionable transformation initiatives and measurable outcomes.

As part of the Digital Core Modernization team you will lead the Agent Powered Performance offering, driving transformative AI solutions that unlock significant business worth. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction, mentor future leaders, and cultivate impactful relationships with executive stakeholders, securing the successful integration of AI and digital technologies into core business workflows. This role presents a unique chance to shape go-to-market strategies and deliver measurable performance improvements, positioning PwC as a trusted advisor in AI-powered transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the overall Lead for Agent Powered Performance (APP) offering, shaping the vision, roadmap, and value proposition across business workflows

Define market positioning, differentiation, and client messaging to articulate the business impact of APP offering

Lead go-to-market planning, pricing strategies, and commercialization approaches tailored to diverse client archetypes based on their core modernization journey

Partner with alliance and delivery teams to scale AI-enabled workflow offerings across industries and geographies.

Govern the design and deployment of AI-enabled workflows, ensuring quality, integration readiness, and business adoption.

Represent Agent Powered Performance and Digital Core Modernization platform capabilities in CxO-level engagements, sales pursuits, and industry forums to position PwC as a leader in AI-powered transformation.

Collaborate with client sponsors to align transformation initiatives with enterprise strategy, driving measurable performance outcomes.

Define and operationalize the operating and governance model for Agent Powered Performance initiatives, ensuring disciplined execution and continuous value realization.

Oversee Fit/Gap (RICEA) analyses and ensure prioritization of high-value AI agents that deliver tangible ROI.

Professional and Educational Background

MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree from a Tier-1 business school, with a strong academic foundation in digital strategy, technology management, or business operations.

18 -24 years of experience in management or technology consulting, with proven success leading digital and AI transformation programs for global enterprises.

Deep understanding of digital core ecosystems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Workday) and demonstrated experience driving AI-enabled business transformation, workflow redesign, and operational efficiency.

Experience working with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors, with a track record of influencing C-suite decision-making and guiding large-scale enterprise change.

Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams, including product managers, solution architects, data scientists, and engineers, with the ability to drive collaboration and innovation across global teams
