Job Summary -
PwC AC – AES-SAP competency focusses on Application Evolution Services, that will help clients adapt to changing business conditions and evolve their systems to achieve business objectives and do it at scale and speed. The team consists of a heterogeneous mix of functional and technical practitioners. The practitioners bring deep industry experience across various sectors/ domains and in-depth technology experience in one or more areas of SAP. Lead and Co-drive engagements for clients across multiple industry sectors and support initiatives across competency
Contribute to AES-SAP practice growth by leveraging experience and best practices
Hire, retain, and develop a high-performing, diverse and inclusive team
Actively participate in Sales and Solutioning activities in AES-SAP contributing to improve the win ratio
Lead the creation of Assets, Accelerators and Tools that will help win new work and solve client problems.
Ensure the team is fully engaged in various client work, plan and execute various programs to build talent and deploy to appropriate engagements.
Participate and contribute as required to promote AES-SAP by collaborating with stakeholders
Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current industry or sector trends.
Plan and prioritize practice work, guide, and engage the team in various initiatives.
Provide inputs and develop/ co-develop solutions that are appropriate for the clients.
Provide inputs on evaluation, selection, implementation and maintenance of Tools and Technologies ensuring appropriate investment in strategic and operational systems
Provide responsive advice, counsel, education, and service concerning IT issues and trends in the IT industry. Mentor team members in technical topics
Maintain knowledge and understanding of current and emerging technologies, equipment, and systems. Review and provide input standard operating procedures
Collaborate with other technical and non-technical team members, clients, and vendors to define, build, and deliver solutions
Strong Knowledge In
15+ full-time years of SAP IT experience; Prior Application Management, Application Development, Implementation and Professional Services and/or Enterprise Experience preferred.
System Integration , ECC/ S4 HANA Projects execution & experience required preferably with expertise in one or more process areas.
Experience in leading several project management work streams and teams, including large development projects with onshore, offshore, vendor, and/or client resources/components that emphasize evangelizing SAP at technology levels
Experience in handling large scale teams, building practice and capability, engaging and working with business support services, learning and development.
Extensive knowledge of commercial framework, engagement financials and other commercial factors.
Experience in managing utilization, productivity, capability upskilling and other engagements to build and develop higher levels of proficiency.
Experience in pre-sales and solutioning activities contributing to the growth
Knowledge of Cloud spread would be good to have.
A proven record of success in implementing and leading large scale multi cloud platform development or enterprise-wide scalable and high-availability operations in a cloud environment
Expertise across cloud computing, infrastructure, IT operations, applications, enterprise architecture, data management, and cloud governance models with ability to advise on industry-leading approaches
Experience in DevOps, Agile, and Scrum constructs - Developing strategies and approaches to optimize the implementation of cloud resources and capabilities
Experience in managing Mid-Large size projects along with client Negotiation , Stake-Holder Management and Risk Management is a must
