This role will be an On-site role at our Beckman Coulter Life Science, Bangalore Development Center (BDC) manufacturing facility located in Bengaluru.

We are currently seeking a "Advance Technician" position in Production-Operations who will be primarily responsible for Antibody- Dye Conjugation, buffer preparation and related manufacturing processes. The company is compliant with ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 13485: 2016 & EN ISO 13485: 2016, MDSAP and Beckman Coulter corporate Quality system requirements.

In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For

• Responsible for Manufacturing activities in production operation such as Antibody- Dye Conjugation, purification, buffer preparation, equipment cleaning etc.
• Perform purification of Conjugates using different types of column chromatography techniques.
• Knowledge on AKTA purification system, HPLC, Nanodrop etc.
  
  

The Required Qualifications For The Job Include

• M.Sc. in Biotechnology/Organic Chemistry/Biochemistry or related discipline.
• Experience: 4-6 years
• Ability to work in a team environment & Excellent communication skill.
  
  

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Working in GMP environment, understanding of QMS and ISO regulations.
  
  

This job is eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
