Job Description

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience working with Adobe Workfront in configuration, development, or platform administration roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Workfront setup: templates, custom forms, workflows, approvals, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Working knowledge of Workfront APIs and integration concepts (authentication, endpoints, payloads, error handling).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into platform solutions.
  • Education: BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, MBA. Key Responsibilities: Workfront Solution Design & Configuration
  • Configure and optimize Adobe Workfront objects including projects, tasks, issues, templates, custom forms, and statuses to meet business needs.
  • Design and implement workflows, approvals, routing rules, and automations to improve delivery efficiency and governance.
  • Build and maintain custom forms, calculated fields, and validation logic to ensure data quality and usability. Integrations & Automation
  • Develop and support integrations using Workfront APIs to connect Workfront with enterprise tools and downstream systems.
  • Create event-driven and scheduled automations to reduce manual effort and improve operational consistency.
  • Troubleshoot integration failures, performance bottlenecks, and configuration issues with clear root-cause analysis. Reporting, Dashboards & Adoption
  • Build dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for delivery teams and leadership.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver iterative improvements.
  • Support user onboarding, documentation, and enablement to drive platform adoption and best practices. AI Enablement
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI to enhance reporting, workload forecasting, prioritization, and operational decision-making.
  • Collaborate on proof-of-concepts that introduce intelligent recommendations and automation within work management processes.
