Role Summary

Adobe is looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Developer (CS-1) with strong expertise in Java-based backend systems and hands-on experience building modern, scalable Angular applications. This role requires a problem solver who can design, build, and own end-to-end features while collaborating closely with product, UX, and platform teams to deliver high-quality customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services using Java and related frameworks (Spring / Spring Boot).
• Build and enhance responsive, user-friendly front-end applications using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Own features end-to-end: from requirements and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Design RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code; contribute to code reviews and improve engineering standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, UX, QA, and DevOps.
• Debug production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive long-term fixes to improve system stability.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to evolving platform and technology decisions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and engineering excellence.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience in building large-scale applications.
• Strong expertise in Java, with experience in Spring / Spring Boot frameworks.
• Solid experience with Angular/React and modern frontend development (TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3).
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
• Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
  

Good to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience working with large-scale, consumer-facing or enterprise products.
• Interest or experience in AI/ML-powered features or data-driven systems.
