Over the past decade, Hector Beverages has expanded its product line to include fruit juices, coconut water, and iconic Indian beverages such as Aam panna and Jal-jeera and foods & dry fruits which includes products such as Chikki, Aam Papad, range of raw, roasted, and flavored dry fruits that includes mix of nuts, berries & seeds. The brand is synonymous with distinctive flavors and premium ingredients. Furthermore, the firm’s commitment to quality and innovation is evidenced by its extensive infrastructure of nine dedicated factories (and counting) for Paper Boat products, providing direct employment to approximately 900 individuals and indirect employment to another 2000.

Job Description – Quality Intern

Position: Quality Intern

Department: Quality Assurance & Quality Control (Lab Analysis)

Location: Manufacturing Plant – Dry Fruits & Snacks (Bangalore)

Duration: 6 Months (01 July 2026 – 31 December 2026)

Interview Type – In-person

About The Role

We are looking for a Quality Intern to support our Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions at our manufacturing plant. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to food quality systems, laboratory testing, GMP compliance, and quality documentation while working closely with the QA/QC team.

Key Responsibilities

➼ Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.

➼ Assist in laboratory testing activities such as Moisture, FAT, FFA, Peroxide Value, and other quality parameters.

➼ Monitor and support GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) compliance across the production floor.

➼ Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and testing documentation.

➼ Assist in investigating quality deviations and implementing corrective actions.

➼ Coordinate with production teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.

➼ Support internal quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

‣ B.Sc., M.Sc., or B.Tech in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related fields.

‣Freshers and students seeking industrial exposure are encouraged to apply.

Skills Required

‣ Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

‣ Basic understanding of food quality and laboratory practices.

‣ Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.

‣ Good communication and interpersonal skills.

‣ Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
