We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help define how our products are positioned, launched, and adopted in the market. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, with a clear focus on translating customer and market insights into effective go-to-market execution.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to shape messaging, enable sales teams, and support revenue growth across the product lifecycle. This is an execution-heavy role suited for someone who is comfortable working with data, customers, and internal stakeholders in a fast-moving SaaS environment.
What You’ll Do
Customer & Market Insights
Engage with customers and prospects to gather qualitative and quantitative insights.
Translate customer needs and feedback into clear positioning and messaging inputs.
Analyze the competitive landscape to identify gaps, opportunities, and differentiation.
Go-to-Market & Positioning
Define and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with business priorities.
Shape product positioning and narratives that support adoption and growth.
Partner with product and marketing teams to support product launches and feature rollouts.
Sales Enablement
Build sales playbooks, enablement materials, and core marketing assets.
Partner with sales teams to refine messaging, positioning, and outreach approaches.
Support sales teams with clear, usable materials that improve effectiveness in-market.
Demand & Growth Support
Collaborate with marketing teams on demand generation and growth initiatives.
Support optimization of conversion funnels and lead acquisition efforts.
Ensure messaging consistency across campaigns and channels.
Measurement & Optimization
Use analytics tools to measure the impact of marketing and GTM initiatives.
Monitor performance and identify areas to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
Apply insights to refine strategies and execution over time.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in product marketing, marketing, or product management, preferably in SaaS or B2B technology.
knowledge and application of AI tools is a must have
Experience supporting products across their lifecycle, from launch through adoption and growth.
Comfort working with data and analytics to inform decisions and strategy.
Ability to translate insights into clear messaging and actionable plans.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in rewards, incentives, loyalty, and fintech will be a big plus.
Nice to Have
Experience working with or marketing to the US market.
Hands-on experience with analytics, advertising, or CRM tools.
