We are looking for a SaaS Implementation Specialist with strong data and analytical skills to lead the successful onboarding, configuration, and rollout of our SaaS platform for enterprise customers. This role sits at the intersection of technology, data, and customer success, ensuring clients realize value quickly and effectively from the product. You will work closely with customers, internal product and engineering teams, and cross functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system configurations, data integrations, and insightful analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding & Implementation
Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations from kick-off to go-live, ensuring delivery on scope, timelines, and quality.
Conduct requirement-gathering workshops to understand customer business processes, data flows, and reporting needs. - Configure the platform to meet customer requirements, following best practices and standard implementation frameworks.
Data Integration & Management
Design and support data integrations between the SaaS platform and client systems (CRM, ERP, loyalty, payments, etc.). - Validate, cleanse, and reconcile data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
Support data migration activities including mapping, transformation, testing, and sign-off.
Analytics & Reporting
Define KPIs, metrics, and dashboards aligned to customer business objectives. - Build and validate analytical reports and insights to support customer decision-making.
Analyze data trends to proactively identify risks, optimization opportunities, and value realization for customers.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as the primary implementation point of contact for customers during the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Customer Success teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
Translate technical and data concepts into clear, business-friendly communication for non-technical stakeholders.
Project & Process Excellence
Own implementation documentation including solution design, data mapping, and runbooks.
Identify implementation risks early and drive mitigation plans.
Contribute to standardization of implementation processes, templates, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience & Background
3–7 years of experience in SaaS implementation, solutions consulting, or technical customer success roles.
Proven experience working with data-driven platforms in B2B SaaS environments.
Data & Analytical Skills
Strong understanding of data structures, relational databases, and basic data modeling concepts. - Hands-on experience with SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
Ability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights.
Technical Skills
Experience with APIs, file-based integrations (CSV, SFTP), and data pipelines.
Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS architectures and implementation methodologies.
Comfort working with technical teams to troubleshoot integration and data issues.
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple implementations in parallel in a fast-paced environment.
