Qualifications And Skills

• Retail Operations experience is a mandatory skill, with a proven ability to manage all aspects of a diversified retail store environment (Mandatory skill).
• Demonstrated expertise in team leadership, motivating staff to achieve performance targets while fostering a positive work culture in a high-traffic retail setting.
• In-depth knowledge of inventory management processes, including stock monitoring, replenishment, loss prevention, and effective use of inventory control systems.
• Exceptional customer service orientation with a track record of resolving customer concerns and consistently enhancing in-store experiences.
• Strong sales forecasting abilities backed by data-driven insights to plan and implement strategies for achieving sales and revenue objectives.
• Creative proficiency in visual merchandising, ensuring attractive display layouts that drive customer engagement and improve product uptake.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers, staff, and external stakeholders across all retail functions.

• Execute visual merchandising strategies that maximize footfall and encourage effective product placement within the store.
• Oversee customer interactions, address issues proactively, and foster a welcoming shopping environment for loyal and new customers alike.
• Monitor store expenses, prepare operational reports, and maintain compliance with company standards and statutory regulations.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to manage timely deliveries, stock replenishment, and local marketing initiatives.
