The Retail Store Manager at Reliance Retail is a key mid-level, full-time leadership role based in Belagavi, Hubballi, Dharwad, or Shahpur. The role requires 4 to 6 years of relevant experience managing store operations, leading teams, and driving sales in a retail environment. The position is crucial for maintaining operational excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring overall store profitability.

• Store operations expertise with substantial hands-on experience in all aspects of running a retail outlet effectively (Mandatory skill).
• Proven ability in team leadership, managing diverse staff, motivating team members, and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve targets.
• Strong skills in inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels, minimizing shrinkages, and maintaining precise records for seamless operations.
• Experience in staff training, onboarding new hires, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing continuous development programs.
• Proficient in KPI tracking to analyze daily sales, monitor operational performance, and implement data-driven improvements for business growth.
• Demonstrated track record in retail sales, meeting revenue goals, implementing promotional strategies, and maximizing customer conversion rates.
• Excellent customer service skills with proven commitment to resolving complaints, managing escalations, and delivering superior shopping experiences.

• Lead, mentor, and manage store teams by delegating responsibilities, setting clear expectations, and creating a performance-driven environment.
• Implement effective inventory control practices, coordinate deliveries, manage stock rotation, and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Drive sales and profitability through effective promotions, upselling strategies, and fostering a customer-centric culture within the store.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators, analyze sales data, and implement corrective actions to achieve store objectives.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to achieve high standards of performance, compliance, and customer service excellence.
• Maintain optimal store presentation, ensure cleanliness, and coordinate with visual merchandising for attractive product displays.
