Job Overview
The Retail Store Manager at Reliance Retail is a key mid-level, full-time leadership role based in Belagavi, Hubballi, Dharwad, or Shahpur. Knowledge of loss prevention best practices, overseeing security measures, and minimizing theft or product loss within the store environment.

Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, merchandising, visual standards, and compliance with company policies.
Lead, mentor, and manage store teams by delegating responsibilities, setting clear expectations, and creating a performance-driven environment.
Implement effective inventory control practices, coordinate deliveries, manage stock rotation, and ensure accurate inventory records.
Drive sales and profitability through effective promotions, upselling strategies, and fostering a customer-centric culture within the store.

Recruit, train, and develop staff to achieve high standards of performance, compliance, and customer service excellence.

Uphold loss prevention protocols, manage cash handling procedures, and ensure adherence to asset protection practices.
