The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 22+ overseas marketplaces and supporting local Sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese business to go globally.

The Amazon Global Selling Risk Controls Management (RCM) serves as the data governance, process design, tool permission management, enabling guardrail role of data, tool, employee behaviors when AGS is growing rapidly.

RCM is looking for an AI product manager to drive AI product for RCM, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement such AI product and related data needs for AGS RCMs data governance and risk monitoring initiatives.

Key job responsibilities

Product Strategy & Development

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered RCM solutions.
• Design and launch AI solutions that meet RCM objectives such as chatbot, document review, providing guidances, etc.
• Drive employee adoption via product efficiency, satisfaction, and business impact.
• Lead continuous product improvement using experiments, data insights, and qualitative feedback from employees and stakeholders.
• Have fundamental data knowledge and skills to onboard data to AI tools.
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• Bachelors degree or equivalent
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience as a product manager or owner
• Experience owning technology products
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
