Commercial Property Solicitor

Commercial Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) : Bedford. We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well:established and highly regarded firm for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their friendly and expanding team based in Bedford.

The Role

You will handle a broad and varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:

• Sale and purchase of commercial and mixed:use properties and land
• Secured lending, mortgages, refinancing, and bridging loans
• Transfers of equity
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Transactions involving pension schemes
  
  

Skills Required

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a qualified solicitor with 2:3 years PQE in Commercial Property
• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge across a range of property transactions
• Possess excellent organisational and IT skills
• Be confident managing your own caseload
• Enjoy working as part of a collaborative and supportive team
