HR Executive

We are looking for an HR Executive with 1-2 years of experience, preferably in the IT sector, to manage recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end hiring processes while supporting day-to-day HR activities and employee lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview processes.
• Handle onboarding, documentation, and employee record management.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and HR-related documentation.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and employees to address HR-related queries.
  
  

• 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably within the IT industry.
• Hands-on experience in technical recruitment and HR operations.
• Good understanding of the complete employee lifecycle.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing, job portals, and HRMS tools.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Preferred: Candidates based in Delhi NCR or willing to work from the office.
