Job Description

The Pre-Commissioning Technician is responsible for supporting the execution of pre-commissioning activities on pipelines and process facilities, including cleaning, gauging, hydrotesting, dewatering, drying, and other related operations. The role involves working under the supervision of the Pre-Commissioning Supervisor and Foreman to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of project objectives.

• Assist in the preparation and execution of pre-commissioning operations such as:
• Pipeline Flooding, Cleaning and Gauging
• Hydrotesting and Leak testing
• Dewatering and Drying activities
• Nitrogen packing and Preservation
• Operate and maintain pre-commissioning equipment, including pumps, compressors, dryers, and pigging systems.
• Follow work permits, procedures, and safety standards (HSE policies, toolbox talks, risk assessments).
• Perform troubleshooting and basic maintenance on equipment as required.
• Support mobilization, demobilization, and logistics for pre-commissioning equipment and consumables.
• Collaborate with supervisors, and other team members to ensure effective execution of activities.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with company, client, and regulatory standards.
