Associate Product Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and ambitious Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our growing product team. As an APM, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to help define product requirements, manage execution, and deliver delightful customer experiences. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building SaaS and AI-powered products, who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, and who wants to grow into a full-fledged product management role.

Responsibilities

• Assist product managers in defining the product roadmap, features, and requirements.
• Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities.
• Translate high-level ideas into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure smooth execution of product features.
• Track progress, manage sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
• Analyze product usage data and customer feedback to generate insights and recommend improvements.
• Support product launches with documentation, training materials, and cross-functional coordination.
• Maintain the product backlog and prioritize tasks based on impact and urgency.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles (internships/projects also count).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and convert it into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Trello, or Notion.
• Passion for technology, SaaS, and AI-driven products.
