- Having shop floor handling skills with ability to handle the shift team of 8 - 12 persons.
- Having awareness knowledge of safety and PPE's.
- Having ability to understand the process and critical process parameter of the manufacturing process to control it.
- Having good knowledge of manufacturing equipment cleaning procedures.
- Having knowledge of GMP, GDP, GEP, GHP, ALCOA, DI, HAZOP, Clean area practices & hygiene of manufacturing area.
