Manage relationships with parcel carriers, transportation providers, and other logistics partners to ensure high service levels, operational efficiency, and cost-effective delivery solutions. 

Oversee day-to-day parcel operations across warehouses and distribution facilities in Europe, the UK, the USA, and Australia, ensuring on-time delivery performance and a consistent customer experience. 

Administer and maintain office and warehouse booking profiles across global parcel carrier systems, ensuring accurate setup, compliance, and operational continuity. 

Identify, implement, and optimise parcel booking processes, driving automation, standardisation, efficiency improvements, and cost savings across the global network. 

Analyse parcel tracking data, delivery performance, and customer experience metrics to identify trends, delivery exceptions, and opportunities for operational improvement. 

Configure, maintain, and continuously optimise customer-facing tracking portals and automated communication workflows, ensuring timely, accurate, and proactive shipment updates throughout the delivery journey. 

Collaborate with customer service, technology, warehouse, and commercial teams to resolve transportation issues, improve shipment visibility, and enhance the post-purchase customer experience. 

Monitor transportation KPIs, carrier performance, freight spend, and invoice accuracy, identifying opportunities to improve service levels, and reduce costs. 

Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, company standards, and operational procedures while maintaining accurate transportation documentation, contracts, rates, and carrier records. 

Support the preparation, analysis, and maintenance of parcel tender data.

Proven experience (2+ years) in transportation, parcel logistics, supply chain operations, or related activities. 

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and external partners. 

Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools. 

Experience analysing transportation and parcel tracking data to identify operational and customer experience improvement opportunities. 

Understanding of customer-facing parcel tracking solutions, automated notification workflows, and exception management processes. 

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate transportation data into actionable recommendations. 

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. 

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously. 

Experience working within international or multi-region transportation networks is desirable. 

Knowledge of parcel carrier operations across Europe, the UK, the USA, and Australia is advantageous.
