Job Description
Production Operations
- Monitor and control Ethanol and ENA production processes during the shift.
- Ensure smooth operation of fermentation, distillation, rectification, and associated process units.
- Achieve shift-wise production targets as per plant plans.
- Monitor process parameters and take corrective actions to maintain product quality and yield.
- Minimize production losses and optimize resource utilization.
- Lead and supervise operators, technicians, and shift staff.
- Allocate duties and monitor workforce performance.
- Conduct shift handover and takeover effectively.
- Maintain shift logs and production records.
