Job Description

Responsible for overseeing shift operations in the plastics manufacturing facility.
Coordinate and supervise a team of production workers to ensure smooth production processes.
Monitor the production schedule and adjust tasks as necessary to meet deadlines.
Inspect products to maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in plastics manufacturing or a related industry.
Proficiency in operating manufacturing equipment and tools specific to the plastics industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead a team and collaborate with other departments.
Ability to problem-solve, prioritize tasks, and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control processes in manufacturing.
