LAB INCHARGE

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations in the laboratory
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
• Conduct distillation processes and other relevant experiments as needed
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during testing and analysis
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate results
• Train and supervise laboratory staff to perform tests accurately
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Proven experience working in a laboratory setting for 8-12 years
• Strong knowledge of distillation processes and in-process quality control systems
• Proficiency in conducting scientific experiments and analyzing data
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team environment and effectively communicate with staff at all levels
