Jr Manager

Manage and supervise housekeeping operations across the plant premises.

• Ensure overall cleanliness and upkeep of the plant area.
• Manage and monitor housekeeping manpower/labour on a daily basis.
• Allocate work to labour teams and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Ensure proper utilization and discipline of housekeeping staff and contract manpower.
• Coordinate with labour teams for routine and special cleaning activities.
• Maintain and monitor the Guest House, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene and smooth functioning.
• Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of Company Colony premises.
• Coordinate maintenance activities related to the colony, including common facilities.
• Handle complaints/issues related to Guest House and Company Colony and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for housekeeping and facility-related work.
• Monitor availability of housekeeping materials and consumables.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports related to housekeeping and administration activities.
• Ensure compliance with company rules, safety standards and administrative procedures.
• Support administration-related activities as assigned by management.
