Job Description

Oversee warehouse operations including inventory management, shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution.
Coordinate with production team to ensure timely dispatch of goods as per orders.
Implement and maintain warehouse control measures to ensure high accuracy and efficiency.
Certified in production and inventory management or possess relevant experience.
Skilled in dispatch coordination and managing warehouse operations efficiently.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems and ability to adapt to new technologies.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to coordinate with different teams effectively.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all warehouse activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall warehouse performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
Proven experience of 3-4 years in warehouse management or a similar role.
Certification in production and inventory management is required.
Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office applications.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent leadership qualities and ability to supervise a team effectively.
Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and quality control processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects in a warehouse setting.
