Job Description
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain and repair mechanical machinery in industrial settings.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify faulty equipment and perform necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure all machinery is operating efficiently.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair work, including parts used.
- Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role with 4 to 6 years of experience.
- Solid understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools to repair machinery.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well independently and collaborate with a team to achieve common goals.
